Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada and Australia.

Cost

Standard shipping is free.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery takes 8 to 14 days after your order ships.
• Orders ship from our fulfillment partner.

Duties and taxes for Canada and Australia

Orders shipped to Canada and Australia may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees when they arrive. Your local customs office or carrier sets and collects these charges. They are not included in your order total, and the customer is responsible for paying them.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Late or lost orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 21 days after it shipped, email us at hello@pinkdoorsupply.com. We'll send a replacement or refund you.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can't change an address after an order ships.
